18 Rabbits farms is a group of female owned microlots seniored by the matriarch of the family Dulce Marlen. Dulce Marlen and her husband are pioneers of both organic and biodynamic farming techniques, being intentional about naturally regenerating the soil they use for agriculture. The members of the all-women collective are interested in biodynamic and organic coffee farming, making innovative strides to creating a more sustainable coffee farming culture in their area.  

 Members of the 18 Rabbit family have placed in the top 10 for Honduras Cup of Excellence and work together to create unique fermentations and cupping experiences for their partners. This particular lot has also earned the stamp of organic. Therefore, it is an indigenous, female owned, organic microlot.
