Our cafes wouldn’t be what they are without our incredible food partners! We have a variety of food options available that pair perfectly with our coffee. Each of our cafes offer slightly different food menus.
Here are a few of our favorite food items:
1. Copper Train’s Cinnamon Roll
The Copper Train is a bakery in Alabaster, AL that creates amazing delicacies. We offer many of their scones and baked goods at our Hoover and Meadowbrook cafes. A favorite of ours is their cinnamon roll. It is massive, light, fluffy, and beautiful. It is a must-try for anyone looking for a sweet treat to pair with their coffee!
Pairing Recommendation: Camel Latte
2. Highland Gourmet’s Lemon Blueberry Scone
Our partner, Highland Gourmet, produces incredibly scrumptious scones. We offer a variety of their scone flavors at all our cafes, and they change seasonally. One of the most popular flavors is the lemon blueberry scone, which is balanced and calm, with hints of citrus.
Pairing recommendation: China Pour Over
3. Joyful Food Co.’s Monster Cookies
We love Joyful Food Co. because their foods are paleo, gluten-free, and dairy-free! We offer their Monster Cookies at our Hoover Cafe. They are pre-packaged and are the perfect to-go snack. These mini-muffins are hearty and protein packed.
Pairing recommendation: Honey Cinnamon Latte (with oat milk for our dairy-free friends)
4. Copper Train’s Bacon Cheddar Chive Scone
The Copper Train’s bacon cheddar and chive scone is perfect for anyone looking for a light and savory breakfast item. It is filling and delicious, perfect for a mid-morning snack.

5. Joyful Food Co.’s Ginger Snaps
These Ginger Snaps are incredible. As always with Joyful Food Co., the ginger snaps are paleo, gluten-free and dairy-free. They are pre-packaged. Be careful, you MAY want to eat the whole package in one sitting! We won’t judge 😉

6. Popbar GelatoPop
If you are looking for a sweet treat, be sure to try one of our many flavors of Popbar all-natural GelatoPops. Popbars are made in-house at our Meadowbrook and Homewood cafes. It is a delicious, healthy option for kids and adults! With so many customizable flavors, toppings, and dipping options, we have an option for the whole family.
Pairing recommendation: It depends on the pop flavor! Ask any of our baristas for their favorite pop and coffee combinations.
